Vegatarians Suck!
I tried, I really, really tried...I was a vegetarian for 28 days. That's almost an entire month! It ended on Saturday in the desert, when we cooked pollo asada. I was just going to have a veggie burrito, but that damn chicken spelt so good! And I caved. The sad thing was that it really didn't taste good. But I'm proud to say I'm completely eating meat again! I don't want to be a vegetarian. I went into the experiment thinking that I don't eat that much meat anyways, so how hard could it be? Let's just say, you always want what you can't have. I LOVE veggies, but they taste so much better with meat next to them!
Not much else is new with me...I had a fabulous weekend. We went to Ocotillo Wells with some great friends that I don't get to see often enough. I got dirty, slept in the tent trailer, drank some tasty beer and martinis and ate some terrific food! I posted a few new pics from the weekend. Oh, that reminds me, I'm searching for a name for my tent trailer. If you have any ideas let me know. I'm going to put it on the side of her like she's a boat! Keep in mind that she's pretty WT!
